Lenovo Liftoff
This project was a huge accomplishment for me. When I first joined, things were not looking good. The agency has awarded the job to a production company, changed the budget, and lost their vendor. We only had 8 weeks left until the launch date. But thankfully, the agency listened to my suggestions and took action.
I recommended bringing in director TG Herrington, who turned out to be a great fit. We also decided to shoot the project in New Orleans to take advantage of the tax credit. I presented the updated schedule, vendors, and sold the creative ideas to the client myself. It was a lot of work, but I was involved in various roles like executive producer, line producer, and agency broadcast producer. I managed the schedule, solved problems as they arose, and made sure we delivered the project on time and within budget.
All our efforts paid off. We not only completed the project successfully, but we also won multiple awards for it. Lenovo was so impressed with the outcome that they awarded the agency three more projects based on the quality of my work.
