As the Agency Producer, I led a nation wide vendor search. We settled on Uncle Friendly with ReelFX, and they were the perfect for the job. Now, here's the kicker: this was not only a big deal for the client but also for my team. It was the first time they were taking on a project of this magnitude.

So, in addition to all the regular tasks, like running the schedule, handling casting, and dealing with business affairs, I had the sole responsibility of training the team and managing client expectations. I managed to handle it all and put out every fire that came our way, gracefully, I might add.

We decided to go all-in and shoot the project at night, over the course of two days. Let me tell you, it was the most sleep-deprived I've ever been! Those two days felt like a whirlwind, but hey, we got the job done, and that's what matters.
