Center For Child Protection
I wore multiple hats on this one. I juggled responsibilities as the Line Producer, the Production Manager, and even the Agency Producer.
One of my main tasks was negotiating deals. I had to make sure we got the best bang for our buck while staying within the project's budget. And speaking of budget, we had $15k soup to nuts. It was quite a challenge to work with, and I am proud of how we made it work!
Running the schedule was another big part of my job. I had to make sure everything ran smoothly and that we stayed on track. It was a lot of coordination and keeping everyone on the same page.
But perhaps the most important aspect was managing the shoot crew and the client. I had to ensure that everyone was working together seamlessly and that the client's expectations were met. It was a balancing act, but I'm happy to say that we pulled it off.
All in all, I look back on this project with a sense of pride. Despite the challenges, we delivered a successful outcome, and that's what it's all about in the end.
